Description
Needlework sampler of fine cross stitches, stylized floral motifs/border, house with chimneys center-top, cat and dog and a stylized vase of flowers surrounding verse, all within a stylized sawtooth border on all four sides.
Verse:
Jesus permit thy gracious name to stand
As the first efforts of an infants hand
And while her fingers o'er this canvass move
Engage her tender heart to seek thy love.
With thy dear children let her share a part
And write thy name thyself upon her heart.
